Every care is taken to ensure that all products supplied and sold by Special Signings are free from defects and damage when shipped. In the event that your item (s) arrive damaged please see below to ensure your complaint is handled within our returns policy.

Refunds (All Countries): If you receive an item that has been damaged in the mailing process we will initiate a claim from the UK source from which your item was posted.We ask that you keep all original packaging material - including the envelope and any other documentation that has come with your purchase.Postal authorities often ask to see the damaged packaging and item before settling a claim.

Once the claim has been settled and we have received the necessary refund(s) from the UK source we will be happy to refund the costs to you.We will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

Statutory Rights: Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

DEPOSITS / HOLDING ITEMS:

At our discretion we may agree to take a deposit on an item in order to reserve it for later payment. If we do agree to this all balances MUST be paid in full within 30 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this. We will remind customers when the balance payment is due. After this time any deposit(s) paid may be kept and the item returned for sale.
